LARK
Lark is our specimen lake, it's purpose is to cater for our most experienced anglers.
You must be an experienced angler with prior knowledge of, and contact with, larger fish. All anglers must be in possession of the correct equipment capable of landing and protecting large fish, including a fish care kit.
You must be in possession of a valid MeadowView membership to fish this lake.
Lark lake is split into two sides and consists of 10 day fishing pegs, and 6 double night pegs (each night peg can fit 2 x one man bivvys).
We also have cabins available for an additional cost.
This lake consists of the larger sized fish stock and includes:
- Grass carp
- Mirror carp
- Common carp
- Ghost carp
- Crucian Carp
- Leather carp
- Koi carp
- Pike
- Tench
- Bream
- Barbel
- Roach
- Rudd
- Perch
- Large eels
The bottom of lark has many features including gravel patches, silty gullies, raised plateaus and hard clay areas, presenting the experienced angler a variety of choices and options when trying to find the fish.
LINNET
Our linnet lake is perfect for all anglers with sizing up to the 20lb mark. The fish stock within this lake includes:
- Mirror carp
- Common carp
- Crucian carp
- Leather carp
- Ghost carp
- Grass carp
- Koi carp
- Tench
- Bream
- Roach
- Rudd
- Perch
- Eels
The bottom of linnet includes, gravel patches, silty areas and also hard clay areas, giving anglers plenty of options of how to fish it.
THRUSH
Our thrush lake is undergoing maintenance work, such as peg building and adding new stock to ensure the best quality fishing experience for all anglers.
